Mr. Balkin received a BS in Economics from the University of Illinois in 1963 and later graduated from the DePaul University School of Law in 1966. He has been a trial attorney ever since. For over 30 years he has enjoyed an AV rating which is the most prestigious peer rating. Mr. Balkin is admitted to practice in both Federal Court as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. Recent career highlights include participating in the Fen-Phen, Zyprexa, and Vioxx, Ortho Evra and Avandia litigations as well as many other mass tort and serious injury litigations.

Mr. Eisbrouch obtained a BS in Business Administration from the University of Buffalo in 1982 before attending the Hofstra University School of Law and graduating in 1985. He has dedicated his entire career to litigating serious personal injury and pharmaceutical cases including Vioxx, Celebrex, Bextra, Zyprexa, Yaz, and Avandia litigations.
